SEGUE LIVING CENTER
FOUNDER
Janet Williams was inspired to establish Segue Living Center in 2019 because of her own life-changing homeless experience. This amazing experience caused her Christian ministry to focus on advocating and assisting families with children facing homelessness.
She captured her homeless journey in the poem, “My Journey” and “The Suffering Won’t Last Forever” booklet.
She currently serves on the Tarrant County Homeless Coalition Advisory Council. Read about Janet Williams' journey in the Voyage Dallas Magazine on January 11, 2022 http://voyagedallas.com/interview/check-out-janet-williams-story/
MY JOURNEY
God's custom fits my journey to a tee.
Your journey template fits only you not me.
My journey has uncertain valleys and fiery mountains to climb. It is only by God’s grace that I survive.
My journey has people who throw judgmental stones so much so they have yet confessed to own.
My journey has life lessons in wisdom, forgiveness, and perseverance learned along the way. I love that His mercy and compassion are new to me every day!
My journey is tailor-made to a tee; not to fit you but only me.
